Through the SourceWiders platform, we may collect and process the following personal data relating to candidates:
- CVs and candidate profiles
- Full name

- Phone number

- Any additional personal data voluntarily included in CVs or submissions
We do not intentionally request sensitive personal data. If such data is included in submitted CVs, it will only be processed as provided.

- Information is submitted through forms on the platform

Candidate Consent and Submission Responsibility
Freelancers and partners submitting candidate data are responsible for ensuring that they have a lawful basis to share such data with us.
Upon submission, candidates will receive a request to confirm their consent to the processing of their personal data for recruitment purposes.
- If consent is confirmed, the candidate's data will be processed and stored in our systems
- If consent is not provided, the candidate's data will be deleted without undue delay
In certain cases, consent may alternatively be documented via written communication (e.g. email).
